His personal pet is a cat, Myrtle.

Becky, Practice Manager/Veterinary Technician
Becky was born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida, and moved to Fuquay-Varina, NC in 1988 with her family. She joined the HSVH family in 2013 as the Patient Care Coordinator and became the friendly voice and familiar face that you often heard or saw. She was given the opportunity to move over as a Veterinary Technician and eventually added Practice Manager to her role. She always has had a love for animals from the very first pet she could remember, Bennie, at the age of two. MANY pets later, she now shares her home with her loving husband, Colin, of almost 20 years. Two excitable dachshunds (Suzie, and Pepper) and three playful cats (Georgia Honey, Parker, and Salem). In her private time, Becky enjoys traveling with her husband, relaxing with a good book or spending quality time hanging out with friends and family.
Becky is a lifetime North Carolina native and has been with HSVH since 2013, but at HSVH she is known as BC! She is a recently Registered Veterinary Technician, and graduated with honors from Central Carolina Community college with a degree, in Veterinary Medical Technology. BC has a rambunctious Japanese Bobtail, Monroe, as well as two dogs named Bart and Rusty. When she is not at work, kayaking and traveling are some of her favorite things to do.
Olivia moved to Raleigh from Naples, Florida. She Studied Business Management and Veterinary Technology and proceeded to work in a fast, upscale environment. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician with the state of North Carolina. She is passionate about animal welfare. She was a surgical technician at Duke University and taught medical residences a mechanism of new surgery techniques.
Olivia also worked on the first ever human hand transplant team with Dr. Linda Cendales. In her free time she loves to run and go on new adventures with her two wonderful kids. She is grateful for all the knowledge she has learned from past jobs and can’t wait to bring that knowledge to our patients here at HSVH.
Chris, Veterinary Assistant
Chris was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. After high school he lived in New Hampshire and Maryland. Chris started volunteering at the Durham County Animal Shelter in high school and continued volunteering at shelters and working in kennels wherever he went. He worked as a veterinary assistant at an emergency clinic in Maryland, as well as North Carolina. It was then he knew he wanted to work with animals.
Chris moved back to North Carolina in 2013 to attend school and be closer to family. He currently lives in Chapel Hill with a very large dog named Daedra and 3 cats named Emily, Katie and Zoey. In his off time he enjoys reading, building computers and trail riding with his horse Rohan.

She joined our staff in October and is excited to gain more knowledge and experience about the career path she wishes to pursue.
A North Carolina native, born and raised in Apex, is our newest member to the HSVH family/team. She has always had a love for animals from a very young age. So much so, she began grooming six years ago in Holly Springs, and has brought her knowledge and know how here for your pleasure.
She married the love of her life, Russell, and moved to Hawaii where she continued to pursue her love of grooming for three years. In her spare time, Emily enjoys the lake/beach, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Originally from Wisconsin, Kristyn moved to NC in 2002 and never looked back. She was given the opportunity to join HSVH in February 2017, from Banfield. She has had a lifetime of passion for animals and has worked in the veterinary field for many years.
Kristyn graduated from Hodges University with an Associates in Business Administration. Her love for helping people and their pets is one of the many reasons why she loves working here at HSVH.
