Sandi Foley, Practice Manager

Sandi was born and raised in the Midwest. Sandi just joined our team in November of 2020. Her previous veterinary positions allowed her to transition into the hospital and team with ease.
Growing up Sandi had horses, dogs, and farm cats. She learned how to care for, respect, and appreciate animals at a young age. Her passion for animals continued to grow and she eventually became a horse trainer and instructor which allowed her a flexible schedule while raising a family.

Her goal at HSVH is to ensure that our clients’ as well as their pets’ needs are met. Sometimes situations are difficult and stressful, but she does her best to make each client feel welcome and comfortable. When not at work, she’s an outdoorsy girl at heart. You can find her on the water (skiing, tubing, or just relaxing) or in the mountains (hiking, camping, or snow skiing). You can always find her two Aussies tagging along as well, Mr. Snix and Sapphire. She feels blessed that the HSVH team has opened their arms to her and allowed her to share her love of animals and experience with them.

Anaiz, RVT, Lead Surgery Technician

Anaiz was born in Queens, NY. She moved to NC back in 2007 and has loved it ever since. She has two pups that love to go on hikes and travel with her. Gryffin is five years old, and Lily is seven. Anaiz is a graduate of the VMT program at CCCC and fully plans to further her career by passing the VTNE and becoming an RVT. In the meantime, she loves her place at Holly Springs Veterinary Hospital.

Lexi, Lead Veterinary Assistant

Lexi has been a part of the HSVH team since October of 2016. She graduated from North Carolina State University in May of 2019 with a BS degree in Animal Science and a nutrition minor. She has spent the last few years gaining more experience in the veterinary field and hopes to attend the College of Veterinary Medicine at NC State soon. Lexi loves to spend time with family and friends, and especially loves dog-sitting her parents’ mini labradoodle Rylie!

Felicia, Veterinary Assistant

Felicia has been with HSVH for almost three years. She is originally from Goldsboro, NC, and a graduate of North Carolina A&T. She started her career in Psychology, but it was 20 years later when she decided that she had to follow her heart and work with animals. She graduated from the Vet Tech Program at Miller Motte College and is flourishing in the career that makes her heart happy. She is a mother of three and inspires her children to always go after their happiness in life.

Ashley, Veterinary Assistant

Ashley has been with us since September of 2016. She started out as a kennel technician after she finished high school and has since become a veterinary assistant. She’s had a love for animals since she was very little. She would love to take in strays and make sure they were fed and cared for. Ashley has four fur babies of her own, two dogs and two cats named Bella, Rocky, Sophie, and Oliver, respectively. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, meeting new people, and exploring new places.

Caitlin, Veterinary Assistant

Caitlin just joined our team in January of 2021. She has been officially working in the field of animal medicine for four years. She has always had a passion for veterinary medicine and started shadowing at Peak Plaza Animal Hospital when she was nine years old. She grew up working with animals big and small on local farms and riding horses in her free time. Her dream has always been to become a veterinarian and to open her own rescue animal sanctuary. She is currently completing her undergraduate program at Wake Technical Community College with a plan to transfer to NC State to pursue a doctorate in veterinary medicine. Wherever she goes, her rescue dogs Dutchess and Indigo are never far behind. When she is not at work, she enjoys hiking with her dogs and riding her horse Apache.
